         search for a job. To foster competence enhancement, training
         courses and seminars are  organized in  order to  meet  the
         needs of engineers and engineering companies.


         Surveys concerning “Women in Engineering” and on “Jobs –
         starting the career of an engineer” as well as on “Salaries”
         were conducted.


         The Working Group on “Patrimoine et Histoire” published a
         book on the use of matériaux ferreux dans les constructions.
         The Working Group on “energy transition” finalized its report.
         A “Code of Ethics” was also published.

         A portal is being development where engineers and
         companies can meet each other in order to map the profes-
         sional possibilities of engineers. 
