In addition to the above the Scienti c Technical Chamber of Cyprus in collaboration with the Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus has been involved in the issuance of a Treasury circular relating to the method of determination by local and public authorities of the project value in public procurement (call for tenders) regarding engineering services competitions. The circular also includes obligatory procedures relating to the treatment of abnormally low tenders as well as a template for the tender breakdown to be lled in and submitted by all tenderers. 
