Member associations: The Portuguese FEANI committee was created in 1993, following an agreement signed between the Ordem Dos Engenheiros and the Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos. OET – Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos Congress
The 4th Congress of the Order of Technical Engineers was held in Lisbon, on July 1st and 2nd, under the theme "Engineering as a fundamental pillar of the productive economy".
During the congress, discussions were held speci cally on the issues of engineer’s professional mobility in the global market, public procurement and energy supply quality.
Re-election of the President of FEANI
Professor José Vieira has been re-elected during the General Assembly held in Vienna on 6 October, as President of FEANI - European Federation of National Engineering Associations.
At that meeting, the Chairman of FEANI's National Committee stated, on behalf of the Committee and its Professional Associations, their testimony of support for his leadership in bene t of all members of the Federation.
