IESF organized
• its annual survey towards engineers: 50 000 responses
• the “national day of the engineer” (JNI) which was an enormous success
• some 1000 contributions to different national events
We produced a number of white papers (“livres blancs”) on the profession of the engineer
Our 16 sectoral committees work actively and published ve papers ("cahiers") in 2017 on
• Engineers to build the defence of the future
• European patent and Brexit
• Risk management: human and organisational factors
• Needs and tools for formation
• For a carbonfree mobility
